Terrible customer service. We rented a POD and selected autopay to be billed with our card on file monthly. 8 months later we get multiple hits on our card for charges their billing department failed to charge. I have no problem paying what is owed but the supervisor I spoke with couldn’t understand how unprofessional that is. We have had zero correspondence from them and they took it upon theirselves to charge our card over $1500 without speaking to us- the consumer- first. Save your money and pay for a storage unit. If you have a problem good luck getting any decent customer service from this company!

I have to say, I really appreciate the service, the website, the professionalism of everyone I met associated with PODS. I also appreciate the flexibility and patience. I kept my PODS longer than expected but it was made clear as to what I could expect and every time I needed information, I got it through the website and chatting with the people there to help. Thanks again, I couldn't have made the move across the country without you!

Describe my experience? Horrible. Avoid these people like the plague. I didn't even get to the point where I got a quote, was just insulted and treated like dirt.

My second time around went more smoothly. Drop off - good. Pick up - good. However, the driver drove over the hardscaping (concrete)around a tree near the driveway. It was a complete circle, but is now in 5 pieces. I noticed it a couple of hours after the pick up and called to file a claim.

My experience is mixed. Delivery and pickup of POD - fine. The first time I made reservation for POD delivery, etc, I had to cancel as the sale of my home fell through. Although the 300.00 refund charged the day of the reservation (not the day of delivery) was reflected in my online account, I had to call twice to get them to refund my credit card. She was somewhat rude.

Everything was good, until I called about delivering my container, they came up with so many fees that its ridiculous. delivering my container 2.5 hours away from them it cost about $1200, to deliver them 2.5 hours in the opposite direction its $3600????? So if you are planing to have it deliver to a different address do your homework and ASK lots of questions so you don't get this unpleasant surprise!

Two weeks later and no one from PODS has done anything. No phone calls, no visit, no communication of any type. And the POD location is 5 miles from my home in Midway, FL! A couple of days ago, I requested an update online and left a phone message as well. I am left with a destroyed hardscape around my tree and a claim number.
